From the first time that we sat down with Tommy to review our layout and get a quote, right up until the final granite install, I felt that we were very well taken care of and all of our endless questions were answered. The Rockwood Kitchens team was very accommodating to our schedule with measuring and install dates. The kitchen looks and functions great! We are very happy with the quality of the kitchen installed and even more happy with the amazing customer service that we received along the way. It made the whole process very enjoyable.

I first contacted Rockwood Kitchens to have a new countertop installed. After going into the Peterborough showroom and checking out the cabinets as well we started looking into a whole new kitchen. I got quotes from other places and Rockwood was at the lower middle end. The only quote that was quite a bit lower used inferior building supplies. I also went with my gut because I had a good feeling when I met Vanessa and Tommy. Vanessa went above and beyond for us. Not only did she change our design multiple times but when we found a small crack in one of the cabinets she got us a replacement asap.

We've been using our kitchen for two and a half months now and I love it more and more. Our kitchen was very small before and I had to store things on the countertop, above the fridge and storage pantries, even in our spare bedroom. Now with the redesign I have space for everything plus a bit of room to spare.

Our cabinets are Bristol Chocolate and they are beautiful. All the drawers glide out easily and I especially love the pull out shelves in the pantry. Picking the countertop was a big decision for me because I use my kitchen a lot and I was worried about staining. Even though granite is exceptionally beautiful I really loved some of the simple and eco-friendly quartz selections. We were given a hot plate out of our quartz and I've left all sorts of things on it over night to see if anything would stain it, so far everything wipes right off.

When my husband I were looking to renovate our kitchen we had no idea what to expect. Co-workers of my husband had recommended Rockwood Kitchens. We drove down to Newmarket to check it out and liked what we saw. My husband and I are not visual people and told Ashley that right up front. She was was very helpful right from the start and designed a beautiful kitchen with lots of suggestions. She even helped to tie everything together from our living room colours to our hallway colours right into the kitchen as it is now an open concept. She put together a design board with the paint colours, cabinets colours as we had 2 different colours for the cupboards and the island and the backsplash to help us visualize the colour scheme flowing all together. It helped immensely. She walked us through each step as to what to expect with timing, picking out what items when needed(handles, granite, etc) and what would look good but staying within our budget. Her team worked well together and were very professional. She even sent in their best cabinet builder, Ryan. He was awesome and very professional as well. Their products are well build and out together. When we have people. Moving over to look at our new kitchen, they comment on how it should be in a kitchen magazine!!
